Description:A small vineyard (5 acres) with a large, rustic, timber framed corregated iron shed. Shed was built in 1950 initially to dry grapes and was reclad in the early 2000s as a function venue. Shed has a bar, good lighting and a 10m long polished Jarrah table as a centrepiece. Ample parking for literally hundreds of vehicles if required. Level block with good access from the sealed road, even for large trucks. The shed measures 25m long by 8.5m wide There is also a 1950s period cottage on the property, water tanks, chicken house etc. Neighbours are a good distance away and very accomodating.
Usage Restriction:All items in the shed can be relocated or rearranged provided they are returned to their original location later. We don't allow drilling or painting but everything else is fine.
