Description:Booyembara Park is an expansive park located in Fremantle next to the Royal Fremantle Golf Course. The park is known for its Olive orchard, wide open spaces, , gravel walking tracks, water features and ponds. The park also is home to a small playground designed for children aged 6 – 12 years. The playground has a nature themed play area with logs and wooden stepping stones. This park is also the perfect spot for a summer BBQ with access to public toilets and free car parking. Booyeembara Park Mountain Bike Trails feature two 400m long downhill trails for experienced and intermediate riders, along with a pump track for beginners. It’s the first micro down-hill trail in WA, and the park also plays host to a small skate park on Montreal Street. North of the BMX trails is an abandoned Amphitheatre that is no longer open to the public. This area is used as a local graffiti spot, and is only allowed to be used in exceptional circumstances.
Usage Restriction:Any areas located within the Royal Fremantle Gold Course must have the permission of the club. The Amphitheatre at the back of the BMX tracks has shattered glass in the area and permission must be obtained prior to use, restrictions apply.
