Description:7.5 acre bush block with multiple old out building made from local coffee rock and old brick, old run down stable block (6 stables/pens) that is atmospheric at night plus an old hay shed. No street lighting at this location apart from the uplighting of the old Jarrah and Marri trees that makes a beautiful back drop to the local quendas frolicking and scavenging the left over chook food. 2 storey main residence 4 bed, modern barn style made from tin, matching 2 bed cottage, both with lovely verandahs to sit and watch the sun rise on. There is also huge shed/man cave with upstairs living quarters and verandah. Wildflowers in spring scatter the property and lots of wildlife roam through. There is a small dam with ducks on it, water level drops in summer though.
Usage Restriction:The cottage is rented out as an Air BnB but can be blocked out if necessary for certain times. Need to keep any current bookings.
