Description:Pages Beach is a beautiful sheltered beach and just a short walk from Geraldton's town centre. There is a shaded playground and Pages Beach is the only horse friendly beach in Geraldton. If the wind is strong enough Pages Beach can be a good spot for windsurfing. Alternatively, stroll along the beach or extend your walk to check out the iconic red and white candy stripes of Point Moore Lighthouse. Whilst the lighthouse is not open to the public, there is an interpretive plaque located at the front where you can take advantage of the excellent views over Geraldton and the bay and learn about the history of the 1878 lighthouse. Pages Beach (WA 1085) is located between the western groyne and the western side of the 1.5 km long attached breakwater that forms the main protection for Geraldton Harbour.
