Description:Birdhouse Studios is a centrally located studio space in East Perth with two studio areas available for hire. "The White Studio" - features a large white cyclorama wall and constant light setup included with each booking. Access to roller door car access and wheelchair accessibility. There is a lounge area for clients, crew, or talent that includes a refreshments fridge, makeup mirror for MUA and models, separate male and female toilets/change rooms, and a range of coloured paper roll backdrops available on request. "The Box Studio" - is sound proofed and insulated for shoots requiring a quiet environment or for a screening of your work. With roller door car access and wheelchair accessibility and a 3-point constant lighting kit with every booking. Make up / wardrobe area available as well as kitchen facilities. The facilities are fully air conditioned.
Usage Restriction:Studio booking hours are between 8am and 6pm week days. All studio bookings must be a minimum of 2 x hours. Booking times include your bump-in and bump-out time. i.e. if your booking is from 8am - 3pm you will be given access to the space at 8am and you will need to have bumped out by 3pm. Please book accordingly. Any time overruns will be charged at our standard hourly rate and any overrun longer than ten (10) minutes will be deemed an additional hour. Booking cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to your booking start time. If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify the Birdhouse team as soon as you can via email: [email protected] If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of a booking start time a fee of half (50%) of your booking will be charged. Any damage to hired equipment (camera, lighting, audio, etc...) or property in-studio during a booking will be logged and you will be charged either a repair or replacement fee. Payment for bookings can be made via direct debit online and an invoice for each booking will be sent at the conclusion of each session. Payment terms are net 14 days.
