Description:The small town of Tardun is located in the northern agricultural region, 140km east of Geraldton, 427km north of Perth and 41km south east of Mullewa along the Mullewa to Wongan Hills railway line. The property is Heritage Listed with multiple buildings on two titles covering a total area of 481Ha and was previously utilised for accommodation and educational purposes. While operating as an Agricultural College between 1926-2008, the College comprised a large residence with dormitory style accommodation for approximately 70 people and included bathrooms and laundry facilities.
