Booyembara Park is an expansive park located in Fremantle next to the Royal Fremantle Golf Course. The park is known for its Olive orchard, wide open spaces, , gravel walking tracks, water features and ponds.
The park also is home to a small playground designed for children aged 6 – 12 years. The playground has a nature themed play area with logs and wooden stepping stones. This park is also the perfect spot for a summer BBQ with access to public toilets and free car parking.
Booyeembara Park Mountain Bike Trails feature two 400m long downhill trails for experienced and intermediate riders, along with a pump track for beginners. It’s the first micro down-hill trail in WA, and the park also plays host to a small skate park on Montreal Street.
North of the BMX trails is an abandoned Amphitheatre that is no longer open to the public. This area is used as a local graffiti spot, and is only allowed to be used in exceptional circumstances.
