Blue Waters is a “sprawling riverside mansion”, built in the Inter War Functionalist style and inspired by Art Deco design, with significant features including a dominant curved bay with continuous curved windows. The house is of two storey construction with a dominant curved two storey bay incorporating continuous curved windows across the full extent of the curve. The main portion of the house is of single storey construction with a single garage under the house. An extensive balcony leading off from the curved upper storey provides views of the river.
Built by the State’s first billionaire family, the Perrons, in the 1950s, it was known as Perth’s original party palace.
Used as the hero’s home in “The Reckoning, together with top fashion shoots, weddings etc.
