Usage Restriction: There is a busy and fairly loud highway right outside of the Centre. Additionally, planes leaving from or landing into Perth often go over the area creating noise. As we host a multitude of writers in one of our 3 cabins on the property, as well as many writing groups, workshops, events and other activities there are noise restrictions. Furthermore, this is a residential area which can make it difficult to film.

The KSP Writers' Centre exists to support writers at all levels of the craft. The Centre is managed by the Katharine Susannah Prichard (KSP) Foundation Inc, which is a vibrant not-for-profit incorporated organization and registered DGR charity located in the beautiful Perth Hills region of Western Australia.

The Centre itself is a collection of three cabins surrounded by green spaces, the other larger housing is the Main House. The venues have large windows and there is a picturesque Main House balcony.

There is a busy highway right outside of the Centre and planes leaving from or landing into Perth often go over the area.
