5km (3 miles) South of Merredin this area of granite outcrop and natural woodland is a delight in most months of the year. The Trail over and around the rock contains information on the formation of the feature and the unique plants that inhabit the area. A stone lined well built by Hunt in the 1860’s, to assist pioneers moving through the country, is also located in the Park. There is good access for the disabled to the wave formation in the rock from the Hunt’s Well carpark.
